Hog Roast
Leg & loin of pork marinaded in rosemary and olive oil, basted, slowly
spit roasted. and presented with crisp crackling and a herb seasoning.
We include soft white & brown baps, apple sauce, jacket potato
wedges, tomato & red onion salad, crisp coleslaw, waldorf salad and
crisp seasonal leaves.
for a further £3 per head we could add warm paprika roasted new
potatoes, local sausage meat balls, vegetarian sausages, cherry tomato
and haloumi cheese kebabs and mushroom and haloumi cheese kebabs.
